Brenda Duncan is a Human Resources executive with over 20 years of HR and operational experience.

Throughout her career, she has not only been a respected HR leader but also entrusted with other key administrative functions, including Education, Safety and Facilities. Duncan’s last role before starting her own HR consulting company was as divisional head of Human Resources and Education for a teaching hospital.

Duncan was an honoree in Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2020 Notable Leaders in HR list (www.chicagobusiness.com/awards/brenda-duncan). Duncan holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources management and holds several HR certifications.
